For a summer vacation, have you ever planned yourself tripping to Europe? If England, French, or Germany is rather common to you, then try to plan the trip to some countries which are still within the European continent. Some countries on the Eastern Europe have distinct attractions which offer the different tones to your vacation.
Try Bulgaria for once when you start thinking about an active holiday. Bulgaria has them all from skiing, riding, climbing, hunting, until fishing. Take other amazing keywords for those you like: sunny beaches, churches and monasteries, wide valleys, ancient culture, tempting cuisine and wines, and the flora and fauna diversity.
Just like any other of your family vacations, it’s better to spend your vacation with a holiday rental. You can rent a home or a villa which will provide you more freedom and privacy which you cannot have in hotels.
Destinations
Varna is the first destination you should head, right after you put your steps on the country. It’s the primary beach which has the best resorts all over the country. Some called the city as the seaside capital of Bulgaria and the Queen of the Black Sea. Varna is also know as millennial city which has notable old building like Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Churches which includes the Metropolitan Dormition of the Theotokos Cathedral, the early 17th Century Tehotokos Panagia, and the Sts Constantine and Helena Church of the 16th century suburban monastery.
There is a large tourist 'ghetto' where you can whatever entertainment that can be bought for money. There is something for every taste - except the good. But, you can also have nice walks in Varna looking at the more normal Bulgarian town. If you want a little luxury within a budget vacation, there are Varna apartments with pools you can have at affordable price.
Another 5 kilometers from the Sunny Beach of the Black Sea, lay the Sveti Vlas which offers the same magnificent beach sceneries. Taking your family on a Sveti Vlas holiday villas is a good choice. You can have the luxury of a European vacation on its three beaches.
But if you tend to get sliding on the ice, then ski chalets in Sofia would be a great choice.
