Guide to Popular Web Hosting Services

My friend came across to my office as he finished his presentation to the client. He was a web developer for almost 2 years already and served for 20 companies for the current time. But today seems not quite good for him because of his unpleasant presentation experience.

There’s nothing wrong with his previous presentations, but today his web hosting company tend to out of service. Since he put a lot of his work and projects on the website, the client couldn’t give a positive judgment over his proposal. They planned to discuss them on the internal meeting and provide the answer for a week forward.

He told me that he had put his projects on the best web hosting company that he knew had never give him much failovers. It was. Since two months ago, the web hosting company tends to decreased in service quality. On such period, his web has experienced nearly ten failovers which lasts 45 minutes each. It never happened before since he used the web hosting service from the first time.

Simply, looking for the best hosting company is a tough one but there’s always the best one for everyone. I told him that I’ve heard about Kaushalsheth and suggest that he should check it himself. More over, this 22 years old guy, offered WordPress themes, TextPattern themes, and Blogger templates. It’s a good chance for him to a better web developing opportunities. Arranging and Financing a Mortgage in Bali

My friend George had just arrived from his vacation in Bali for a couple of months. Not a true vacation, actually, since he is a contributor journalist for the local traveling and pleasure magazine. He was assigned a task to write the latest story about that beautiful island after being ruined by two terrible blasts from terrorists. Twenty one pages of articles and photos made up his complete story about Bali through his sight and research.

During his stay, while doing his investigation, he also did a little research about financing a mortgage in Bali. Undeniable, the beauty and the mystical sense that he experienced, grew some kind of ‘homesick’ to the place. He felt that he started to have the sense of possession to the island, so planning for relocation real estate in Bali was something worthy.

But, something was not as easy as it thought. For foreigners, just like George, who often dream about owning their own home in Bali a quite difficult. There are possibilities but have your paper work in order would be a term of must. In Bali (which is in Indonesia) it’s almost impossible for foreigners to buy property and put their name on the title deed. It must be in the name of an Indonesian, rather than the person applying for the mortgage. The fact, that a foreigner cannot obtain a freehold title for land in Indonesia, the name of a local ‘nominee’ had to be on the title document.

The solution this problem is resolved by the ‘Right of Use’ certificate that allows foreigners to own land in Bali and elsewhere around Indonesia. The certificate is valid for 25 years and extendable up to 100 years. With this structure the foreigner’s name is on the title deed and is eligible for a mortgage. Expats should have no trouble in securing a mortgage in this manner.

George hasn’t applied for the ‘Right of Use’ certificate yet since he hasn’t enough resources to do that. He said, he might come back again for the next couple of years to arrange it. He knew that it wasn’t as easy as in the United States where you can easily find mls real estate, homes for rent, and foreclosures in any of your desired area.

Wondering the Visit to Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Last week, a postcard came to me from my friend abroad where he spend his 2 weeks honeymoon holiday. There was nothing amazed me since I know that he used to get abroad in every 3 months for business deals. There’s a common habit of my friend that he usually send postcards from countries he visited. That way, he could simply give me his gift from another country.

For me those postcards are just a good memorabilia, but today that last one was likely attract my attention rather than other postcards. On the back of the postcard, I saw an unique shaped building that first I thought it was a telecommunication tower or an office building. Then I know that my guess wasn’t far from what the building exactly was. It’s a hotel. They called it: Burj el-Arab Hotel. The Burj al Arab Hotel, located on an artificial islet in Dubai’s harbor, is designed to look like a traditional Arabian sailboat. It is one of numerous extravagantly designed luxury hotels in Dubai, the commercial and transportation hub of the United Arab Emirates.

It was an amazing picture and amazing hotel, thus drove me to discover more about it. Google helped me a lot to give me informations about Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. The culture and society of the UAE are a blend of traditional and modern elements. The religion of Islam and the heritage of a traditional, tribal society form the basis of a stable and essentially conservative social structure. There is, however, a decidedly tolerant and cosmopolitan atmosphere—most notable in the emirate of Dubai—that gives resident non-Emiris opportunities to enjoy their own cultural and religious organizations.

While its traditional sports such as falconry and camel racing remain popular in the UAE, newer sports, particularly soccer, have an enthusiastic following. The country also has a strong horse racing tradition; the annual Dubai World Cup is one of the richest events in the sport. I think this country is a lot more to be considered for my next vacation.

The next thing I searched is the place that let me stay for a week visit on that country. Google then sent me on a site called CheaperThanHotels. The site was more than the names: it does delivered me the cheapest hotel rate offers in the Middle East. I could easily found the and compare the cheap hotels in Dubai, cheap hotels in Abu Dhabi, and the entire cheap hotels in United Arab Emirates. More than that, it has also the information about what to see when I make a visit to Middle East.

Huh, I can’t wait for the next holiday...
